At Reczee, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users and visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Reczee and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Reczee. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", "Our" or "Reczee" in this Agreement) refers to Reczee Private Limited.
Website refers to Reczee, accessible from https://www.reczee.com, any other subdomain of reczee.com or Reczee Wand extension.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to everything on the Website and all the features within it.
Customer refers to everyone who is using services provided by Reczee.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Consent
By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Information we collect
- The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
- If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
- When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.
- We might also collect usage data which may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Data collection & usage
Reczee ATS
For various instances, Reczee processes data on behalf of our Customers, processing personal data as part of our service. In such cases, our Customers are the data controllers and Reczee serves as the data processor. Job applicants and end-users of the product (typically the employees/stakeholders of the Customer) should direct any inquiries regarding the processing of their personal data to the Customer for further information. Any additional processing of this data, such as analytics, filtering, or general management, is performed solely to assist the Customer in enhancing their recruitment activities and making informed decisions. Reczee maintains confidentiality and ensures that such processing activities comply with applicable data protection laws and contractual obligations.
Reczee Wand
The data collected through Reczee Wand, specifically through our Google Chrome extension, is subject to the privacy policies of our customers who utilize our extension. These policies will be presented to you by external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) independently, without direct involvement from Reczee. It's important to note that this data remains within your browser and is governed by the data privacy and confidentiality agreements established between our customers and their end-users, as well as any relevant agreements with the platforms themselves. Reczee does not have permanent access to or control over this data once it is collected, and solely used to help our customers improve and optimize their own recruitment activities.
Reczee TalentHub
With Reczee TalentHub, there are two primary stakeholders involved - candidate and the company who is recruiting talent.
- Any information provided by candidate at the time of setting up their profile is guided by visibility settings of Reczee TalentHub which is configurable by the candidate. At any point in time, the candidate can choose the attributes that he/she want to show it publicly and/or with the companies who are recruiting.
- Candidate evaluations will be shown to the companies where the candidate has applied and/or to the companies where the candidate fits their requirements for further processing of the candidature.
- Companies might be able to access the personal information including but not limited to name, email, phone number, previous employment, resume, etc to evaluate the candidature for any of the Company's open roles. The access to this can be also controlled via the aforementioned visibility settings by the candidate.
- If you're a student enrolled in an institute, basic candidate details and skill validations might be shared with the college authorities.
- If a candidate has opted to share data externally beyond the TalentHub platform with Reczee's employees/partners, the aforementioned principles concerning the handling of information with the companies hold applicable.
Reczee Screeno

Reczee maintains confidentiality and ensures that such processing activities comply with applicable data protection laws and contractual obligations.
Sharing of your information
We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:
- Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information in a specific purpose.
- Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
- Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved. Our terms prohibit users from including objectionable, offensive, unlawful, deceptive, inaccurate, or harmful content anywhere in the product.
More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:
- Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Services, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Services over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Google API Disclosure
Reczee has developed a functionality that allows its customers to connect their google account using Oauth with our products. Connecting your Google account to your Reczee account allows Reczee to view your personal information mentioned in your Google Account and other scopes requested explicitly at the time of the integration. Reczee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs shall adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy's App's, including the Limited Use requirement.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If Reczee makes a change to this Privacy Policy that Reczee believes materially affects how we process your Personal Data, we will provide notice of such change on Reczee's website. By continuing your Interactions after those changes become effective, you accept the provisions of Reczee's revised Privacy Policy.
In addition, Reczee may provide you with "just-in-time" disclosures or additional information about the data collection, use and sharing practices. These notices may provide more information about Reczee's privacy practices, or provide you with additional choices about how Reczee process your Personal Data. The notices and information are subject to this Privacy Notice unless specifically indicated otherwise in the notice.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website
- Improve, personalize, and expand our website
- Understand and analyze how you use our website
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes
- Send you emails
- Find and prevent fraud
Data Retention
For various instances, any Customer may request information regarding the storage and retention of data ("Audit") by contacting us. Reczee shall make reasonable efforts to respond to the Audit in a reasonable time and subject to applicable law and to the protection of Reczee's trade secrets (Customer's personnel may be required to execute a non-disclosure agreement).
Reczee will retain data it processes on behalf of its customers only for as long as required to provide the Service to its Customers and as necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce its agreements. The data in Reczee is backed up for system continuity purposes and each backup file may be stored for 30 days. After the termination of services by a customer or by an explicit request, the complete data would be deleted from our systems. In cases where we delete a single user data, some data will not be deleted and shall be kept in an anonymized manner. Contracts and billing information may be retained as required by Reczee for their internal accounting and auditing purposes.
You agree, consent and acknowledge that Reczee collects and retains anonymized metadata and statistical information concerning the use of the service which are not subject to the deletion procedures in this policy and may be retained by Reczee for no more than required to conduct its business. Some data may be retained also on our third-party service providers' servers in accordance with their retention policies. Any single user will not be identifiable from this retained metadata or statistical information.
Customer (Company) who might be serving as a data controller may retain Personal Information and other data about an end user which they own. If you have any questions about the right of the Customer to retain and process your Personal Information you should raise this directly with the Customer and would be governed by their own privacy policy. You hereby agree not to assert any claim against Reczee in this regard and waive any rights regarding such Data and Personal Information including the right to view and control such Data and Information. Anonymized aggregated data may be retained by Reczee for as long it is required to provide its services.
Data storage
The Data we collect is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in data centers based in India and Europe which provides advanced security features and is compliant with ISO 27001 and other privacy and security standards. Reczee headquarters in India from where we provide customer support services. Any transfer of Personal Information from the European Union to any of our data centres will be strictly in accordance with applicable EU GDPR. Where your Data is transferred outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Data is subject to appropriate safeguards, such as relying on a recognized legal adequacy mechanism, and that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Data security
We take great care in implementing, enforcing and maintaining the security of the Service, and our users’ Personal Information. Reczee implements, enforces and maintains security policies to prevent the unauthorized or accidental access to or destruction, loss, modification, use or disclosure of personal data and monitor compliance of such policies on an ongoing basis.
Reczee limits access to personal data to those of its personnel who: (i) require access in order for Reczee to fulfil its obligations under this Privacy Policy and agreements executed with Reczee and (ii) have been appropriately and periodically trained on the requirements applicable to the processing, care and handling of the Personal Information (iii) are under confidentiality obligations as required under applicable law. Reczee takes steps to ensure that its staff who have access to personal data are honest, reliable, competent and periodically properly trained.
Reczee shall act in accordance with its policies to promptly notify Customer in the event that any personal data processed by Reczee on behalf of Customer is lost, stolen, or where there has been any unauthorized access to it subject to applicable law and instructions from any agency or authority. Furthermore, Reczee undertakes to co-operate with Customer in investigating and remedying any such security breach. In any security breach involves Personal Information, Reczee shall promptly take remedial measures, including without limitation, reasonable measures to restore the security of the Personal Information and limit unauthorized or illegal dissemination of the Personal Information or any part thereof.
Log Files
Reczee follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

GDPR Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access - You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification - You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure - You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability - You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Reczee does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
